This particular user had a fairly new Asus Zenbook, so all we had to do is replace the mechanical hard drive with an SSD, encrypt, and hand it back because they said they were already using Windows 10. A little back story, we recently started a project where we started upgrading all of our remote users to Windows 10 and began replacing old machines so that we could encrypt their drives.
